1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 large banana (overripe)
1/2 c. applesauce (sugar free)
1 c. honey
1 jar prune baby food (YES)
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375ºF
Mix dry ingredients together. Set aside.
Blend all other ingredients (except blueberries) in a large bowl.
Fold dry into wet ingredients.
Add blueberries, gently
Fill muffin tins lined with paper cups.
Bake 20-30 mins.
