Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pint-sized freezer bag
2 eggs
Your choice of omelette ingredients.....(mushrooms, cheese, meat, herbs, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
For each person, place two large eggs (no more) in a plastic pint size freezer bag. Squish eggs to break up. Add any ingredients desired for omelette: mushrooms, cheese, meats, herbs, etc.. Mix together. Using indelible ink, have everyone put their initials on the bag. Make sure to squeeze all the air out of the bag; seal. Place bags in large pot of boiling water. Depending on how many bags are in the pot, cook about 15 minutes (longer if four or five bags are in the pot). The rolling action of the water transforms the egg mixture into a perfect little roll.

When done cooking, open bag and place omelette on dish. Serve with fresh fruit and muffins.

Personal Notes:
This recipe is crazy, to say the least, but great fun to prepare and serve. It is great when serving a crowd.
