7 lbs chuck roast
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Sauce:
1/2 c vinegar
1 c brown sugar
1 c ketchup
2 tsp liquid smoke
3/4 c chili sauce
1 T mustard
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder

2 dozen rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in the crock pot, cover with soup mix, add 1 cup water. Cook 6 hours on high. Shred beef, mix ingredients for sauce and add to crock pot. Cook 2 more hours. Serve rolls.
