2 Kg. de Almejas
2 tomates Grandes pelados y picados
2 Cucharadas de Perejil
2 Cucharadas de Cebolla
2 Chiles verdes
1 Cucharadita de Cilantro
4 Cucharadas de Aceite de Olivo
2 Tazas de Agua Frķa
Sal y pimienta al gusto

Directions:
Directions:
Se lavan muy bien las almejas y se ponen con todo y su concha en una cacerola, se cubren con el tomate, perejil, cebolla, chile y cilantro todo finamente picado. Se agrega el aceite de olivo y el agua. Se sazona con sal y pimienta, se tapa la cacerola y se deja hervir a fuego lento hasta que se abran las conchas y se espese la salsa. Se sirven en su propia concha.
