4-5 lb. picnic pork roast
salt
1 tsp liquid smoke
4 Sweet potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Rub roast with Salt. Place in the crock pot. Add liquid smoke. Cover and cook on low for at least 8 hours. Peel and cut sweet potatoes add to the top of the roast. Cook for another 3- 4 hours. Remove roast and sweet potatoes from the crock pot, shred pork and strain sauce. Serve with rice.

I often cook the roast overnight and add the potatoes in the morning for an early Sunday meal.
