8 medium apples peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 c water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
Slowley cook apples in water until soft. Puree if desired or just add the sugar and cinnamon and stir until dissolved. Can be made chunky or puree.
