1/4 cup Soy Sauce + 2 tbsp
3 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 1/2 Tsp garlic Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger Powder
3/4 Cup oil
1 chopped Green Onion
1 Flank Steak (approximate)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together soy,honey,vinegar, garlic powder & ginger.
Add oil and onion. Mix well. Place steak and sauce in a
well sealed pan or plastic zip lock bag. Refrigerate for 1 or 2 days turning it over a few times. Remove from marinade and grill over hot coals for 4-5 min per side.
Slice thin @ an angle Place slices over wild rice or rice pilaf. Pour juices from steak over servings. Note: Use the
same marinade for chicken or beef kabob
