1/4 de kilo de carne machaca
2 cucharaditas de harina
2 cucharadas de manteca
10 chiles colorados
3 cucharadas de vinagre
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1/2 cucharadita de orégano
10 tortillas de harina grandes

Directions:
Directions:
En tres tazas de agua se pone a cocer el chile colorado, ya cocido se licúa.
Las tortillas se parten a la mitad.
PROCEDIMIENTO:
En la manteca se fríe la harina, se le agrega la machaca y se revuelve para que no se queme y quede bien frita. Se le agrega el chile molido y se sazona con el vinagre, orégano y sal, se deja hervir a fuego lento por unos minutos.
Con la carne y las tortillas se hacen los burros (tacos).
