1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. sourdough mix
4 to 7 c. white flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, warm water and yeast.
2. When yeast starts to work (bubble) add sourdough mix and stir.
3. Add 3 to 4 c. flour and mix until the dough pulls away from the bowl.
4. Cover and let rise until doubled.
5. Mix in 1 to 3 c. flour and knead for 5 to 8 minutes.
6. Let it rise until doubled in size.
7. Bake at 450 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
8. Can place 1 c. water in oven to give bread a crisper crust.
