1/2 Kilo de Carne de Res
3 Papas grandes
1 tomate picado
1 Cebolla picada
1 Chile Verde picado
Aceite
Sal
Salsa de tomate
Lechuga Picada

Directions:
Directions:
La carne se pone a cocer, después se deshebra y se guisa con el tomate, cebolla y chile

En cada tortilla se le pone una cucharada de carne y se dobla la tortilla a la mitad.

Se cortan cuadros de papel aluminio y en cada cuadro se ponen 4 o 5 tacos, se envuelven y se van colocando en una olla vaporera y se dejan al fuego durante 15 o 20 Minutos.

Se sirven con lechuga y salsa de tomate
