1 bunch asparagus
4 tsp butter
1/4 c. pine nuts
pinches of salt & pepper
lemon or orange (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Partially fill a large frying pan with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Meanwhile, discard ends from asparagus. Boil asparagus 2 mins. Drain, pat dry and place on a platter.
wipe pan and place over med heat. Add butter. When melted, add pine nuts and stir continuously until they begin to turn golden, about 2 minds. pour over asparagus. Add salt & pepper, squeeze lemon or orange overtop if using
