1 Kilo de Masa (maseca)
4 Chiles Guajillos
2 Chiles Anchos
1 Ajo
Sal
Aceite

Directions:
Directions:
Con la masa se hacen unas tortillitas y se van poniendo en un comal, ya que esta cocidas se les hace un bordo alrededor para que no se salga la comida.

Se muelen los chiles con el ajo y la sal al gusto agregando un poco de agua o caldo de pollo, ya que esta molido se cuela y se vacea en un recipiente.

Con los sopes ya hechos los pasamos por el chile para que quede bien bañado, agregamos la comida que pueden ser frijoles refritos, papas, rajas, requesón o nuestro guiso favorito. Enseguida se ponen a freír en el aceite hasta que dore un poco.

Se sirven con lechuga y queso rallado encima.
