20 Tortillas para Enchilada
3 Chiles Guajillos
1 Chile Ancho grande
1 Diente de Ajo
1/4 de Queso
1 Cebolla Picada
1 Lechuga Picada
1 Manojo de Rábanos
1/4 de Crema

Se ponen a cocer los chiles y después se licuan con el ajo y sal.

En una cacerola se pone a calentar el aceite, las tortillas se pasan por el chile y después se ponen a freír un poco, se sacan las tortillas y se les pone en medio (queso, pollo, carne deshebrada o molida, frijoles) se enrollan y se ponen en un plato.

Se sirven con lechuga, queso, crema, aguacate y rábanos
