BBQ steaks.
Meanwhile, combine butter, blue cheese, basil and hot sauce. If lumpy mash with a fork. Scrape onto a piece of plastic wrap, and roll into a log, twisting ends shut. Place in freezer while steaks cook. You can make this ahead and place in refrigerator, keeps up to a week.
When steaks are done, slice butter into rounds and place on top of steak. Excellent with green and yellow beans and baked potatoes.
