1/4 c. peanut butter
2 - 3 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp each water & wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp each sesame oil & brown sugar
2 tsp minced ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt & cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk peanut butter, 2 tbsp lime juice, water, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, salt & pepper. Taste, add extra lime juice if desired.

Good with cooked pasta, or add to a stirfry
