2 lbs. ground beef
crumbled feta
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
salt & pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Combine all ingredients and press into greased loaf pan, lined with wax paper. Lay a sheet of tin foil loosely over the top and bake in centre oven for 1 hour. Drain fat, and continue cooking, uncovered 30-40 mins. more. Let sit in pan 5 mins. before turning out.
