1 lb. spaghetti
4 cloves garlic, minced
olive oil
pinch of red pepper flakes
1/2 c. white wine
1 lemon
1/2-3/4 c. cream
Fresh chopped basil & parsley
grated parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic & pepper flakes in olive oil, on very low heat 5 mins. Add wine, turn up heat, cook 4-5 mins.
Cook pasta
To sauce, add zest of 1 lemon & cream, stir & cook gently on low heat. (cream may appear to curdle a bit, this is normal)
Add the juice of the lemon to the sauce, cook two mins more. Toss in pasta, a little pasta water, parsley, basil & parmesan. Toss well & serve
