1 lb. asparagus
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. uncooked spaghetti
1 c. fresh chopped basil
1 c. smoky mozzarella cheese, diced
8 oz. prosciutto, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
- blanch & ice chopped asparagus.
- meanwhile, cook pasta.
Heat asparagus with olive oil and garlic. Add cooked pasta, and a little pasta water (approx. 1/2 to 1 c.) Stir in prosciutto, mozzarella and basil. Stir and sprinkle with grated parmesan if desired.

This cooks up really fast, and is very yummy. If you can't find smoky mozzarella, regular can be used, or try smoked provolone.
