2 lbs. peeled and deveined cooked shrimp,
1 1/2 lbs small scallops,
2 lbs linguini pasta (cooked and drained),
8 tbsp. butter (that's 1 stick amateurs),
1 medium onion (diced),
1 tbsp garlic (minced),
Fresh parsley (chopped),
1 tsp. crushed red pepper (I use 2 but wimps should start slow),
Grated Parmesan or Romano cheese,

Cook and drain the linguini. Keep warm. Melt butter in a large fry pan. Add onion, saute for about 3 to 5 minutes. Add garlic and crushed red pepper, stir. Add shrimp and scallops, cook over medium heat stirring constantly for 3 to 5 minutes (until scallops turn from opaque to white).

Pour over linguini. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Sit your butt down and enjoy.
