1 stick oleo or butter

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder

2 - 3 cups of what ever fruit you wish -- apricots are especially good

Directions:
Directions:
Melt one stick oleo or butter and put in bottom of a 9 x 13 dish. Mix flour, milk, sugar, and baking powder and pour into dish. Add fruit over batter, (do not stir in) Top with sugar and sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Bake at 350 º for 20-30 minutes until done
