1 stick oleo or butter

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder

2 - 3 cups of what ever fruit you wish -- apricots are especially good

Directions:
Directions:
Melt one stick oleo or butter and put in bottom of a 9 x 13 dish. Mix flour, milk, sugar, and baking powder and pour into dish. Add fruit over batter, (do not stir in) Top with sugar and sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until done
