6 sweet Italian sausages (about 1 pound)
1 lb. beef stew meat
1 large onion sliced
4 medium potatoes quartered
2 cans (1 lb. each) red kidney beans drained
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
2 medium green bell peppers sliced
1 clove diced garlic

Directions:
Brown sausage. Cut each link into about 1-inch pieces and place in a large casserole. Drain fat and then brown beef. Cook onion with a clove of diced garlic. Turn into casserole. Add potatoes and beans, mix in spices and add bouillon. Cover and bake in 350
