1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1 cup pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 C. chocolate chips
Directions:

Cream together margarine and sugar. Cream until light in color. Add egg, pumpkin and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together. Add to sugar mixture. Do not over mix. Add chocolate chips. Drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
