1 qt standard size oysters
1 T Worchestershire sauce
3/8lb (1 1/2 Stick) butter melted
2 sleeves of Premium cracker crushed but not pulverized 1/2 to 3/4 inch size pcs
1 cup Half and Half cream
salt pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the crackers, salt, pepper and melted butter. Drain the oysters and save the juice. Layer a 8X8 buttered pan with 1/3 crackers. Layer the oysters. Repeat and cover the top with the balance of crackers.

Mix Worcestershire, half and half and oyster juice. Pour over the top of the mixture. Bake uncovered until crackers on top start to brown then cover with aluminum foil. This dish takes about 45 minutes and 400 degree oven and cook until bubbly.
