(1) 5 lb. bag of potatoes
(1) jar of dill relish (10 oz.)
Salt and pepper
3-4 eggs (boiled and peeled)

1. Peel and boil the potatoes until soft.
2. Mash the potatoes and eggs together
3. Add about 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise or until
4. Add a little mustard for color or until desired
5. Add salt and pepper to taste
6. Add about 5 oz. (half a jar) of dill relish
7. Enjoy!
