2 - 8 ounce Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
2 large Eggs
¼ t. Vanilla
1 - 9 inch Graham Cracker Crust



TOPPING:
1/2 cup Caramel Topping
3/4 cup salted Cashew Halves
1/3 (7.25-ounce) bottle Chocolate Fudge Shell Topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese at medium speed in an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.

Pour cream cheese mixture into graham cracker crust. Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely.

Spoon caramel topping evenly over top of cold cheesecake. Sprinkle with cashews. Shake shell topping for 20 second before using. Drizzle shell topping over cashews. Chill cheesecake until shell topping hardens.

Hint: Can use topping on a store purchased cheesecake.
