2 - 6 ounce packages of Long Grain and Wild Rice (mix fix according to directions)
1/2 cup chopped Pecans, toasted
6 Green Onions, chopped
1/4 cup minced fresh Parsley
2 T Butter
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Pepper


ORANGE VINAIGRETTE:
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup White Balsamic Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar
1 T grated Orange Rind
1/3 cup fresh Orange Juice
2 cloves Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Stir in pecans and next five ingredients in prepared rice mix. Process Orange Vinaigrette ingredients in a blender until smooth. Toss salad in Orange Vinaigrette. Cover and chill 2 hours.
