1 med. cabbage shredded
2 stalks of celery
2 med. onions
1 green pepper
2 cups sugar
1 cup salad oil
1 cup vinegar
2 T. Salt
2 T. sugar
pimento (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage, celery, onions, and pepper. Add 2 cups of sugar and blend well.

Combine remaining ingredients bringing to a boil. Stirring constantly. Pour over cabbage mixture immediately. Allow to cool-cover and store in refrigerator.
