1 onion chopped
leeks, washed and chopped
potatoes, peeled and cubed
water
3 tbsp chicken soup mix
Directions:
Directions:
1. sautee leeks and onions in soup pot until soft
2. add water, potatoes and chicken soup mix
3. simmer for 1- 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are
soft
4. puree soup
