5 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. white syrup
1 c. water
2 tsp. anise oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, syrup and water. Boil to 300 degree temperature.
2. Add food coloring and anise oil.
3. Pour into cookie sheet that has been greased or oiled.
4. Cut while cooling and break into pieces with hammer after cooled.
