3 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs
10-12 c. flour
1/2 pkg. yeast or 1 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
1 c. sugar
1 T. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Start at 4:30-5:00PM. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add melted butter, sugar, and salt. Add well beaten eggs. Add flour, mix and knead. Place in a large greased bowl in a warm place to rise, cover with a towel. Knead down every hour until 9:30-10:00PM. Make into buns and place on cookie sheets. Cover with a towel and lay a piece of plastic wrap over the towel. Let rise until morning and bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
