Lemon Bars Recipe

2 cubes margarine softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
dash of salt

4 eggs beaten with
6 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

CRUST: Combine all crust ingredients and mix well. Press mixture into a 9x13 pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove and cool slightly.

FILLING: Beat eggs with lemon juice. Mix flour and sugar and add to egg mixture until smooth. Pour over cooled crust and bake for 25-30 minutes.

After removing from oven sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool and cut into squares.
