Marcia Tablit

5 or 6 sliced apples
lemon juice

1/3 cup flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup melted butter.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a two quart casserole dish, 9x13 baking pan, something about that size.

Peel and slice apples. Top with some lemon juice so they don't turn brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to taste.

Mix topping ingredients to make a crumb topping.
Pat over the top of the apples.

Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until apples are done.
Best when served warm with ice cream.
