1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup plus 8 teaspoons SPLENDA Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 egg
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 medium chopped red apple, peeled
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup milk




































































































































































Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Lightly grease 15 x 10 pan
Cream butter and brown sugar with a mixer at medium speed. Add salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and egg. Beat until well blended. Combine 1 cup flour and baking soda. Add to butter mixture. Stir in apple and raisins by hand milk and remaining flour. Mix well. Bake 10 minutes until brown. Sprinkle with Splenda white sugar.
