1.25 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
1 Large Can Kuner's Chili Beans
1 Large Can Tomato Paste
1 Small Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Small Onion (finely chopped)
Chili powder (to taste)
Optional: 1/2 Green Pepper
1 Small Can Kidney Beans
Cumin seeds or powder (to taste)
Fritos
Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain if needed. Then sautee onions and green peppers with meat. Season with spices. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, and beans and enough water to rinse cans. Add or decrease water to desired thickness. Simmer at least 1 hour and serve with corn chips and grated cheese. ENJOY!!
