1 1/2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 - 3/4 cups whipped cream cheese
1/4 cup Dijon style mustard
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup Craisins

Directions: Place shredded cheese, softened butter, whipped cream cheese. Fold in pecans and Craisins. Refrigerate until serving. To serve, remove from refrigerator and let soften for 10 minutes. Use a hearty cracker
