Ingredients:  
4 ripe red tomatoes without peeling
1 small red pepper
1 cucumber (peeled)
1 clove garlic
1 slice of "barra" bread
1 cup of cold water
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in the mixer and beat to a thin texture. Keep in the fridge and serve cold. Note: If the gazpacho is not red enough, add a little of canned crushed tomato with a pinch of sugar.
