Mexican Fajitas Recipe

2T lime juice
2T Honey
1T oil
2t chili powder
2 garlic cloves (minced)
3/4lb chicken or steak (cut into thin strips)
1 onion (thinly sliced)
1 red or green bell pepper (cut into strips)
8 8" flour tortillas
2c Refried beans (heated with Velvetta cheese)
1/2c Guacamole
1/2c Salsa

In medium (nonmetal bowl) combine all marinade ingredients.
Add meat, stirring to coat.
Cover & refrigerate 2-3 hours stirring occasionally.
Spray large skillet w/ Pam.
Heat over medium-high heat until hot.
Add meat & marinade; cook & stir 2 minutes.
Add onion & bell pepper; cook & stir for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender & meat is no longer pink.
To serve, place 1/8 of meat mixture down center of each tortilla, top with 1/4c refried beans & 1T guacamole & salsa.
