2-3 Cans of Corn, Drained. (Frozen corn works too)
1 8 oz Pkg of Cream Cheese
1 Stick of Butter, melted
4-5 Chopped Jalapeño Slices (more if you like it hotter)
3T Juice from Peppers.

Directions:

1. Pour corn in a sauce pan. Add Cream Cheese. Stir until mixed.
2. Add melted Butter and jalapeño. That’s it.

(Great side dish with Mexican Chicken)
