1 T Sugar
1 Onion, finely chopped
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Egg
Grated Cheddar Cheese

1. Drop by heaping teaspoon into hot oil. Drop a few at a time. They are done when the float and are golden brown.
2. Remember they cook a little after they are removed to a paper towel to drain.
