Ingredients:  
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 c carrots cut in match-like strips
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp flour
1 tsp. lemon juice
pepper
2 tbsp/ parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add carrots, sugar, salt, parsley, and water. Cover tightly with foil and cook rapidly about 5 min. Add flour and lemon juice to cream and stir until blended. Stir into hot carrots and set over low heat, only until cream is hot. Sprinkle with pepper.
