CAKE: 2 eggs, 1 can fruit cocktail, 2 cups sugar, 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon soda, 1/4 teaspoon salt.

TOPPING: 3/4 cup milk (Carnation), 1 stick butter, 1 cup sugar. (optional 1 cup coconut & 1 cup walnuts or pecans)

Cake -- Mix well all cake ingredients in large bowl. Pour into cake pan. Bake 350 for 35-45 minutes.

Topping- bring topping ingredients to a boil in small sauce- pan. Boil 5 minutes, beat until thickens. Add coconut & nuts.
