Ingredients: This recipe is for a bread maker: 1 egg 1 cup milk(room temp 3 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1/4 butter(melted in the milk) 1 Tbsp sugar 3 tsp yeast Filling: softened cream cheese ham chopped or sausage browned green onions cheddar cheese
Made in a mixer with dough hook: Same recipe except the milk needs to be at 110 degrees. You mix the milk, butter, sugar and yeast together, Let yeast dissolve and add the rest of the ingredients and mix with dought hook for 10 minutes. Let dough rise in a greased bowl for 45-60 Min or until double in size. Follow the bread machine recipe for the rest.

Directions:1. Add all ingredients in order in bread machine except filling. Set for dough(1 1/2 hours) 2. When dough is finished take out of bread machine and roll out on lightly floured wax paper or foil to a 16"X10" 3. Spread cream cheese on dough length ways up to one inch from edge. 4. Sprinkle ham or sausage over cream cheese area. Then green onion and cheddar cheese. 5. Roll up like a jelly roll and pinch edge to roll. 6. Cut in Half then each half in half and each half in 3. That will give you 12 rolls. 7. Place on a grased baking sheet 1 inch apart and cover with a dry towel. Let rise double in size (45-60 min) 8. Place in 350 oven for 16-20 min or until golden brown. 9. Remove from oven and with pastry brush spread on top of rolls with melted butter. |
