1 1/2 lbs ground beef,
1 cup soft bread crumbs,
1 med onion, diced,
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce,
1 egg, beaten,
1 1/2 tsp salt,
1/4/ tsp pepper.

Top-
1/2 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp prepared mustard

Preheat oven 350

Directions:

Mix together 1 1/2 lbs ground beef, 1 cup soft bread
crumbs, 1 med onion, diced., 1/2 (8 oz) can tomato sauce,
1 egg beaten, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4/ tsp pepper.
Form into loaf. Bake 350º for 15 minutes.

Combine: 1/2 can tomato sauce, 1 cup water, 2 tbsp each. vinegar, brown sugar & prepared mustard. Pour over meatloaf. Return to oven and bake 1 1/4 hours longer.
