1 sheet of puff pastry
1 egg
1 tbsp.. water
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chunky salsa
5 pitted ripe olives (black)
chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 400º
Thaw pastry at room temp. for 40 min.
Beat egg and water in a small bowl.
Stir cheese and salsa in a small bowl.

Unfold the pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll into a sheet about 12 x 15 inches.
Cut into 20, 3 inch squares. Place about 1 tbsp.. of mixture into the center of each. Brush the edges with the egg mixture. Fold over to make a triangle, crimp the edges with a fork to seal them. Place on a baking sheet and brush them with the egg mixture and sprinkle with the chili powder.

Bake for 15 minutes and serve at room temp.
