3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 cups oil
4 eggs beaten
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350º

Combine flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda in a large bowl. Make a hole in the center. Combine oil, eggs, strawberries, pour into hole and mix well. Pour batter into greased pans (2) cook for 1 hour. Cool before removing from the pans.
