Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Place a 12- cup standard muffin tin on a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Mix 12 tbsp. butter and 1/3 cup brown sugar. Place 1 rounded tbsp. of the mixture in each of the 12 muffin cups, then put in the pecan's.

Lightly flour a wooden board. Unfold one sheet of the pastry with folds going left to right. Brush the whole sheet with 1/2 the butter. Leaving 1 inch around the edges sprinkle each sheet with 1/3 cup of the brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 cup raisins. Start with the end closest to you and roll the pastry like a Jelly roll, finish with the seam down.

Trim the ends about 1/2 inch and throw away. slice each roll in 6 pieces about 1 1/2 wide place in the muffin pan. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5 min. or so then flip the pan onto the parchment paper or just use a cookie sheet.
