1/4 cup milk
2 pkg active dry yeast
1 stick butter,melted
6 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup milk (115 degrees no warmer)
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
In small bowl mix 1/4 cup milk and yeast allow to bubble. In a medium bowl mix melted butter, sugar, salt, warm milk add eggs. Add bubbling yeast to bowl. Stir in flour 1 cup at a
time. On floured surface knead dough until smooth about 5 minutes. Let dough rest in butter bowl cover with plastic wrap until double in size. Punch down risen dough and roll out on flour surface into 12" square and cut in 6-2" strips and across in 4" x 2" next crease about 1/3 down and fold roll. Place rolls on buttered 1/4 sheet pan overlapping rolls after rolls have doubled in size brush with melted butter and bake in 375º until golden brown about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot.
