6 boneless chicken breasts
1 bag of spinach ( washed)
1 bottle of Italian dressing or homemade Italian dressing
( mix using olive oil and balsamic vinegar)
Mozzarella cheese, grated
3 or 4 tomatoes ( optional)
angel hair pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Put spinach in shallow 9x13 pan. Place chicken breasts on top of spinach. Season chicken breasts as you like. Pour 1/2 bottle of dressing over chicken and spinach. Next sprinkle cheese on top and add tomatoes if you like. Pour remaining dressing over cheese. Bake covered at 350 F for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes until lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with angel hair pasta. Ladle excess juice over the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
