1 lb. boneless, chicken breast, diced raw
1 diced small green pepper (optional)
1 small onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 T. butter
1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 c. chicken broth
30 oz. Northern beans, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt better and sauté chicken, pepper, onion and garlic about 15 minutes. Add flour and spices, and cook additional 5 minutes. Add beans and broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve immediately. Serves 4-6.
