1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
On a baking sheet, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and arrange in an even layer.
Roast until tender and browned, 20-25 min.
